Return & Refund Policy

At Foot Sensation, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our return and exchange policies below.

Online Orders

For unworn and undamaged items (excluding final sale items*), returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date.

In-Store Purchases

For purchases made in our stores, please consult one of our associates, who will provide you with the necessary information regarding returns and exchanges

Final Sale Items*

All purchases of sale items are considered final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This includes:

§Socks & shoecare products
§Items with a discount of 15% or more
§This policy applies  to all clearance and sale items both in-store and online.

Return Procedure

If your order qualifies for return, please contact our customer care team at:

Steps for Returning an Item

1.Pack unworn items in the original shipping carton or wrap the shoebox in craft paper to keep it clean and secure.
2.Do not alter or tamper with the original shoebox, as this may affect the return process.
3.Remove or black out any old shipping labels, including the original barcode.
4.Include a copy of your original receipt and securely seal the package.
5.Attach the return label and drop off the package at any Canada Post location.

Return Shipping Fee

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking.

Flexible Exchange Policy – Free of Charge

We offer the flexibility to exchange your purchase:

§In-store: Exchange for any available item. Price adjustments will be made if there is a difference in cost. Our associates will be happy to provide more details.
§Online: Please inform our team as outlined in the Return Procedure below and specify the item you'd like to exchange; we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Refund Process

We gladly accept returns of unworn, undamaged, or defective items for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

§Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item for approval.
§We will confirm the next steps based on whether you requested a refund or exchange.
§Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
§You will receive an email notification once your refund is issued.

Foot Sensation reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges, regardless of receipt availability.
