Order Processing

• Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.
• Standard shipping within Canada takes approximately 4 to 7 business days.

Tracking Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a Canada Post tracking number. You can track your order via the Canada Post website or by logging into your account and checking the "My Orders" section.

Shipping to Remote Areas

Additional shipping fees may apply for remote or high-cost delivery areas. If applicable, we will provide a cost estimate before processing your order. You may choose to proceed at the adjusted rate or cancel for a refund. This also applies to returns and exchanges, where extra shipping costs may be required based on location.

Address Changes
